Development

Portfolio Sales

We were tasked by our client Hurricane Car Wash to find them 7-10 locations across the midlands. Thinking outside the box, we contacted an individual that we had a long relationship with and he agreed to sell us his 7 locations at one time. This allowed our client to immediately capture market share and prevent further competition within eight months of receiving the assignment.
